Get in touch
  • What happens in a first session?

We spend the hour getting to know each other — what brought you in, what’s been hard, and what you’d like to feel differently. There’s no script. We move at your pace and decide together where to go next.

  • How long is a session and what does it cost?

Sessions are 50–60 minutes. Most major medical aids are accepted; private rates are shared on enquiry. Reach out and we’ll talk through what works for you.

  • Do you offer online sessions?

Yes — secure video sessions are available alongside in-person work at the rooms in Goodwood, Cape Town. Many clients use a mix.

  • Is everything confidential?

Yes. The work is held in confidence within the limits set out by HPCSA ethics. We talk through that openly in the first session, so nothing is unclear.

  • How do I know if counselling is right for me?

If something feels stuck — quietly or loudly — counselling can help you make sense of it. Even one or two sessions can give you a clearer sense of next steps.
